Withdrawal machine
   It consists of three parts: The withdrawing drive and Level tracking device and crystallizer etc. On one side of the withdrawal machine, there are two sets of AC servo motor device which drive 5~10 pairs of “V” shape main shaft rollers. Every casting rod is driven by one pair of “V” shape shaft roller which is gripped by the wheel push by cylinder; the 5~10 strands of copper rods can be drawn separately. Every crystallizer can be installed easily.
   Level tracking device makes the machine keep fixed distance with the melting copper level .The device involves a float which can move up and down with the liquid copper to send out electric signals to carry out the automatic control of level tracking through a striking piece and a micro switch to guarantee the depth of the graphite mould and the thermocouple inserted into the liquid. In the machine the water inlet and outlet hose with quick-joints can be installed and dismantled quickly.
